but, NO - lets just have everyone stand in line. 3> I suggested to them dividing up the lines between those with reservations, those that Delta gave them a voucher & those that didn't have a voucher should move on. The employees barely spoke english, I guess delta airlines had some problems & routed them to this property in which they had no rooms so the 2 employees behind the desk were looking for nearby properties to put them. 2 employees were checking people in & 3 were watching, 1 was dressed in pajamas & slippers (sounds like the government - huh). I gave them my info to send me & shockingly "NO REPLY" 2> arrived & the line was at least 15 people deep. I called the property, no one had no clue. attempted to do it at around 11:30 at night while waiting for shuttle & it bounced me to the next day. It's the people working here more than anything. This property DOES NOT even come close to representing a Marriott Bonvoy BRAND. I love Marriott properties in general, but this one was below my expectations. I was not welcomed as such at checkin and there was no mention of my property benefits. My only other criticism of this property is that they don’t seem to care if you are a Titanium member or not. As an alternative, there is a casual restaurant right across the street called Perkins that I recommend for good American diner style food, great service and reasonable prices. The service was terrible, the menu is very limited and there was only one bartender and one waitress during my stay during dinner. If you stay here make sure to ask for a room opposite the highway! I also was disappointed by the very small restaurant, lacking adequate seating and waitstaff. The hotel is located right next to a busy highway and my room faced that side. The worst part of my stay was the constant and loud highway noise that kept me awake at night. I prefer newer construction properties and if in the area again, I would not choose this hotel. The rooms have been renovated but the building is old and there is only so much that can be done to it.
My room was clean but the property overall is dated and in need of further renovations. I spent 3 nights here while in the area for work.
